Zulay Shenao was born in Colombia and is a Colombian-American actor. Her most well-known performance was in the role of Esperanza in the Oprah Winfrey Network series 'If love isn't right, it's not right'. Zulay Henao is also famous for appearing in various films including 'Illegal Tender', 'Takers as well as "Boy Wonder" and "True The Memoirs Of An International Assassin'. Born in Medellin, Antioquia, Colombia She, along with her family members, relocated to the USA at the age of four. After finishing high school, spent three years with the U.S. Army and went to Methodist College in Fort Bragg (North Carolina) during her time of duty. She then pursued an acting course at the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. She also worked in odd jobs before beginning her professional career in the Hollywood scene. On a personal note, the gorgeous and talented actress has been engaged to American Model Joel Rush since 2014. She was earlier engaged to actor Terrace Howard. Henao considers her family her primary concern.
